This perspective gives us a significant advantage when crafting solutions that are tailor-made to address these challenges. CAS is not just an advisory service—it is a strategic resource that serves as a trusted guide during the discovery phase, helping customers navigate their unique pain points with practical, proven solutions.

 

How do you ensure faster deployments while catering to the specific needs of your customers?

At Clover, we have developed templates and methodologies such as Clover Presto based on customer and industry personas, particularly for Oracle Fusion implementations. Clover Presto allow us to deploy solutions much faster in industries with similar processes, yet it is flexible enough to adapt to the individual needs of each client. This combination of streamlining and flexibility enables us to offer executives—such as CHROs, CTOs, and CFOs—deeper, data-driven insights that allow them to make quicker, more informed decisions. This, in turn, accelerates their digital transformation process.

We also take pride in our ability to turn around customer’s previously failed implementations. Our in-house expertise, along with our home-grown methodologies, help clients to recover their investments and achieve the value they expect. This is one of the reasons why Clover has earned a reputation as a trusted partner in the digital transformation space.

 

How is Clover positioned in the EMEA market, and what strategies are you using to grow your presence there?

Cloud adoption has surged across EMEA in the past decade, and with the rise of data centers across the region, the demand for cloud migrations and SaaS solutions has grown substantially. In just one year of operating in EMEA, Clover has secured 19 large-scale Oracle Fusion projects across industries for some of the region’s leading conglomerates.

What differentiates us in this region is our understanding of the local culture, combined with our global expertise. With over 30 years of leadership experience in the EMEA market, we understand the local nuances in the modules and processes in the region which helps us to develop solutions much faster than other services providers. Plus, our global presence—especially in regions such as the Americas, APAC, and India—enables us to bring global best practices to bear on local projects. To give you an example, we were selected as one of the six key GST rollout partners in India along with KPMG & PWC, which gave us a lot of inputs and insights to implement corporate tax reforms in the UAE.

Our Center of Excellence in India continuously works on building innovative solutions using AI and automation. Clover Academy, our training arm, ensures that our workforce is constantly upskilled and trained on the latest technologies.
